Coaching has always played an important role in the building and sustaining of great organisations and extraordinary workplaces.
Our approach to coaching is strengths-based yet never shies away from some of the more confronting sides of personal development. We draw on assessment tools if we believe it will help individuals with any blind spots. We do not believe in performing psychometric assessment for the sake of it. We have a skilled team of accredited coaches who are highly proficient in using techniques that hold space and allow deeper connections to be made between the coach and coachee.
Each member of our team has extensive experience coaching executives, leaders and teams in an outcomes-focused environment. Our coaching capability draws on the lived experience we ourselves have had while working in senior corporate positions. It is our belief that having the solid understanding of the stresses and challenges associated with being an executive in today’s world puts us ahead of the pack.
