Establish and maintain a healthy body and mind
Yoga cleanses and purifies the body and mind in many ways but it is primarily through the practise of physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation that we begin to experience the positive effects of yoga. Internal organs are stimulated, proper breathing and full lung capacity are established and notable changes in concentration, energy levels, feelings of self worth and self awareness are but a few of the positive effects yoga can bring.
Classes start Tuesday 1st July.
Open level Tuesdays at 5.30pm
Prenatal Thursdays at 5.30pm
Please wear comfortable clothes and come with an empty stomach.
