I went to see Sarah-Jane initially because of the rigidity and pain in my neck and shoulders. I had been to see other modalities in the past for my condition but never got lasting results. I have had x-rays and scans and they all showed that I would need long term care in order to be pain free.

In my consultation with Sarah-Jane I found it non invasive and quite a unique exploration of myself as a whole person, not just a stiff neck. She found many contributing factors that had never been addressed or even suggested to me. I became alot more aware of some emotional stuff I had been holding onto that I thought was long gone from my mind, apparently not long gone from my body.
